we should be greatful for what we have had after the terrible rain that flooded the Cumbrian area, we have seemed to forgotten how to live with a few flakes
still a good move for the club as you want to make sure the event is well attended, maybe now it might be on a weekend

Don't know if you can remember last year but wakefield and indeed the area surrounding Belle Vue suffered their worst floods in decades and ruined hundreds of familys christmas's and general lives for over a year.
We've had our fair share of that. So I dont think we've seemed to live with a few "flakes" !!!

on the talk of snow the last we had that bad you have to go back to 1977 and I can remember it drifting half way up the door, winters have become mild and the reason for the rain, I would welcome a decent snow fall just get the sledge out again |

I dont think the people who were affected would say that some houses I knew covered about 1 1/2 metre's high in there house.!!
Im not old enough to remember 77.
I'd love some decent snow.

Heavy snow forcast for Sunday night. Better to give prior warning so people don't waste their time.
