I think he caught wind that some local Scrotes vandalised them by squirting washing up liquid in them resulting in copious amounts of foam invaded the bull ring.

I laughed when I read it. Good on them I say.

It's easy to stop, just treat the water so it doesn't react to the washing up liquid.
