A season of great progress once again by the club. John Kear awesome again strengthening the squad on a small salary cap compared to some teams. 2 players die in tragic circumstances all this said if we win friday we are in the playoffs. To be fair Kear lost the dressing room because of player power, once that’s happened then it’s best for both parties to spilt. A board isn’t going to dismiss a number of players over the coach and the fact they reached the grand final showed the quality they had.
I think he is better suited to a club like Wakefield, usually the underdog with the majority of the RL world dismissing them and writing them off. He thrives in that situation. Put him at a club with high expectations and things don’t seem to work out as well (CC win aside). |

I am Wakey fan currently working in Warrington and lodging next to the halliwell Jones, so this is Wakefields biggest game of the season for me.
