Whilst i think the lad has potential, he was fortunate to get his contract renewed last season and really hasn't kicked on as i would have expected him too.
It's a shame but i can't honestly say why we should keep him in the future

Bibb is a big unit with good pace but if he is ever going to kick on he must up his work rate I would say his best years are still to come still very young for a prop
|

Bibb along with Pitts have had a golden opportunity this season to make a name for themselves but have proved nothing - other than they are not good enough at this stage of their development to be first teamers. I have watched Bibb on numerous occassions and have not recognised the element of pace you say he has. I have noticed that he on many many occassions is the last back in the line of defence. |
