Atkins is still a Wakey player and i can't see that changing.

Grix would move to 6 and claim the place for his own. I'd like to see Peterson have another year - he's certainly playing well enough for a new contract.

I'm not sure JD is good enough for the pack this year, so next year is even less of a likelihood IMO. He could fill the gap in the centres that will be left by the departure of Martin & Atkins.

He does. If he keeps improving the way he has done since Bradford away and stays injury free, with a full pre-season behind him he may well be worth keeping. Not convinced 100% as of yet but he's certainly pulled his socks up recently and is playing much better, just wish hed go for those high balls though, left one at Hudds last week from which they scored and left one last night but luckily Atkins was there to punch the ball dead.

Missing Peterson out of my line up was simply an oversite rather than questioning his ability, simple typo. Peterson no1 winger next year for me (if Blanch goes) and if he stays we are very strong there with Murphy/George possibly able to fill in.

I was laughing at him saying we could put george on the wing, as I have had this debate over and over, I keep saying that george is a SL winger, and i believe haywire and chissit and a few others have said hes a SL centre and needs to play centre to fulfil his potential, so i was laughing at his hypocrisy saying george could be played as a winger.

If it wasnt haywire (think it was though) i apologise.

but I understand that we've already agreed terms for Atkins with another SL team (not sure who, but think it will be either Leeds or Hull FC).

Can't remember it being me, I am not even certain if he is a winger or a centre (not seen enough of him). What I could have said though, is that wherever possible to play lads in their preffered/natural positions where possible - although in my post I did mean to say that he could play wing as cover, should the need arise due to injuries/bans of Blanch, Peterson & Murphy - our 3 out and out wingers as I see it.

Dont really want to stick up for Haywire as I am sure he can do that for himself, whether he did or did not say it how is he being hypocritical by saying that George could and not should be played as a winger, and fwiw if you got down to BV a little more to watch the reserves instead of just paying lip service you will see that both George and Murphy play in the centre positions and you might change your opinion about them being wingers and realise the potential they both have as centres'.
