Yeah, I read what you posted and although you are a pretend to be doing something else, all you are doing, is basking in a first round victory and enjoying your moment in the limelight on your opponents board.
No pooblem with that but, as I said, its a long old season and although others may visit Odsal and get beaten, I really dont think you have a top team, Wakefield were very poor yesterday and we made your team look far better than they are.

I have not, anywhere, tried to suggest that Bradford are a great team. However, if we are as average as a few on here seem to think we are then perhaps you ought to be worried?

Of course, had Wakefield won then NOBODY from here would be on RAB now would they?

I think the pack will be too lightweight against some of the better sides in SL. I have concerns that at some point in the season our Props are going to run out of steam a little. But what we do seem to have is a great work ethic and a very strong bond in the team and that will go some way to plugging the holes in our squad. But you know how the saying goes about a good big un will nearly always beat a good small un.. unfortunately I suspect it will prove correct once again. Hopefully we can continue our good start and get some points in the bag before some inevitable injuries set in.

Regarding visiting the RAB, there is generally a frosty reception on there, since the turmoil of last season and the views of Wakefield fans dont seem to be appreciated.

Not all of them. I was being totally genuine in my admiration for how objective and constructive most of the posters had been, and in wondering whether all of the RAB contingent would have been equally candid and reasonable had the roles been reversed. But any goodwill is totally lost when you get nasty mean liitle people on here like these deriding what you might have to say, and being thoroughly nasty and unpleasant on RAB (and then having the nerve to complain about the reception on there). I swore before there would be no opportunity for it to happen again. This time I'll try to stick to it, even if the mods don't do it for me.

I know you were being genuine. TBH I was loving it, more than Kevin Keegan, listening to the bitter, whinging fans on Radio Leeds after the game only to come on here & see some apparent genuine impartiality. I was very disappointed, I don't like my bigotry being exposed.

Just as we should not panic about getting beat at the weekend, neither should Bradford supporters get too carried away by their victory either. It is way too early to tell how the season is going to go. The embarrasing thing about this thread is some of the gloating/patronising posts from some people.

I do feel we were rather spoiled at the back end of last season. Defeat is something we haven't suffered much lately. We just need to take defeat on the chin and hope the lads bounce back at the weekend.

We have a good opportunity to put things right on TV on Saturday.

Rhino Roy recieved a ban this week for trolling, no doubt its against human rights.

Of course they have all been unfairly picked on by the nasty Wakey lot.

Anyone who's not happy with this board can make a complaint to Admin or log out and not return.

And if you say you won't return then "man up" and do has you say.

Age is no barrier.

It seems to me that there have unreasonable and over-emotional responses from both sides. The fact that someone is from Bradford seems to make some people think they must be trolling - but it is possible to discuss the matter from another perspective without it being trolling.

I know we have a few idiots from all sides on here, but it's a sad day if we start shooting people down from other clubs who make reasonable comments.
