He also needed an operation on an injury but it was put off as it would have likely finished his season, hence why his availability was patchy as was his form. Yet he keeps getting thrown shade by some for not been committed enough. Pretty pathetic really. He was comfortably our best forward during the first half of the season and was very good last year as well. Hull KR have got a good one to our detriment.

He did well for us and we did well for him - I don't think many clubs were fighting for his signature when he left Leigh.

He's an established Superleague player now and that's where he should be.

Perhaps so but if we are running a SL wage structure we should also be building a team of established superleague players.

Hopefully we don’t just accept what’s left and identify some genuine quality.

As for Whitbread. Started last season very slowly but second half of season went very well. A bit scratchy this season really. He’s still got a lot to prove but overall he was solid for us.

If we got a fee first thing I’d look to do is tie down Tanginoa who has the potential to light up the Championship.

I agree re Tanginoa. I’m hoping, by the fact nobody has yet snapped him up that he’s staying.
He is exactly the type of player we need to do well in the championship.

Until the take over is complete , We can not spend money we do not have,Hopefully there is a lot going on in the background for signed players

I think he’ll stay. Unless he returns to Australia i’m struggling to see where he can go as virtually all teams have now filled their quota spots.

Kevin Proctor has signed for Carcassonne in French Elite1 league. Just proves the old adage there really is one born every minute. God help them!

Think he will do a good job for Carcassonne. Its also great to see how sport can offer people the opportunity to travel, enjoy a different environment etc etc. I imagine he is a decent bloke and I hope he has a great year in France.

I have no problem with players traveling on their days off - DF did it often. However they have to put the effort in on the pitch like everyone else.

I'm still baffled how he was picked every week, its almost as if MA was handicapping himself for each game.

Perhaps many of you are not aware, but you can only visit the EU for 90 days in a 180 day period. I think Proctor must have thought he would needed to use the total 90days allowance
