It's not a takeover though if he's taking less than 50% shares.

He’s got nothing like the wealth of the Ellis family and his companies have very little assets to borrow against, he’s in it for the land and that it IMO

By all accounts, he’s not super wealthy, I think he’s a facilitator who will navigate the planning processes and perhaps introduce some new investors and between them they’ll get the stadium at Castleford built
