I'm trying to remain realistic; we have won three games on the bounce, but only one against a decent team.

I want us to win, but I won't spit my dummy out if we put in a good performance, but still lose.

There is NOTHING better than beating Leeds in their own back yard.

Just watched Wakey v Cas at Magic in Manchester, put me in right mood for tomorrow night.

Whats the crack with Maguire, I thought he was out for a couple of weeks.
Has he made an early recovery or, is he planning to play through the pain barrier ?

Said himself that Castleford (next week) would be his first back, at the earliest, so im unsure as to why hes been included in the squad.

Having incorrectly predicted defeats for the last 3 games, I'm going to go for a comfortable Leeds victory.

You have to swap the voucher at either club shop(Ridings/ground) for a ticket. I might be wrong but I think the turnstiles at Leeds are worked via a barcode system.

I'm actually thinking this could end up a draw, with us being robbed!

It's not at the club shop as you can't access the shop until you're through the turnstiles. You need to exchange the voucher for a ticket at the ticket office on St. michael's Lane.

We will definitely be without Webb and probably without Watkins and McGuire too. Plus with 10 players backing up from the weekend, it's Wakeys best chance for a while to beat us at home.

Adult tickets sold out

Just been in to get my tickets for tonight and we have sold out of adult ground tickets, fair to assume from that there should be a healthy Wakey contingent there tonight. Hopefully we can make enough noise to drown out the sound of that awful band they have there!

Come on Wakefield, make it a good week with a good performance and some fantastic news of a new ground!

lots of positivity about our future and our run (which is only three games which is a mark of where our expectations have sunk to). hopefully this spills over into self belief in the players and we can make it stick tonight.

the truth about our run is that cas were woeful, london were worse, and hull fell on their own sword in spectacular fashion. the london game was the only one where we dominated the fixture enough to be claim to be clear winners.

tonight will be a different story, leeds will not roll over, and will target this game to blow off the cobwebs and get back to winning ways. there may be some fresh and keen faces in their squad which won't help us, but also some very experienced ones too. i've backed wakey at -16, but also off scratch, but in all honesty i think leeds will have enough composure at home to sneak home.

Join the party fat face. The one sure thing is that oportunities to do Leeds in their own back yard are few and far between and tonight is as good a chance as we are likely to have.

i guess the point i'm making is one of caution. we've won three games, and aside from last spell against hull we've been pretty ordinary. we have a decent chance tonight, but on balance i think the bookies are right to have leeds as favourites.

I hope all this isn't lost on the players and that they realise what a historic week this is in the clubs history, and that they have a part to play in it all.
I'm starting to get a bit edgy now, cant wait to get to Sheadingley, Test & County cricket's premier car parking facility.

I agree. Leeds will see this game as their chance to get back to form. There's no way they're going to roll over at home without a fight. We will have to be at the best we've been over the last 3 victories for the full 80 and then some.
