The point Legend makes about Lino is a good one often forgotten.
Lino played a long time with injuries or niggles in previous seasons. A lot of the criticism stems from that.
Hood is similar. He got a lot of stick for being slow but now he's had a good off season and back to fitness he's one of our best.
It's never because they can't be bothered or not up for it.
As for Truman, TJ is a perfect example of why you stick with someone through their injuries. He might not make it and if that's the case so be it but if he does he's one of he best 6s in the league. It's simply highlighted because his 2 understudy are also injured.
As I have said ,if Truman had been here a year and played a lot of matches ,could agree with you , Interesting point about Hood and speed, late on in the match we did a move from the scrum were Lino left the ball behind the scrum and Jowitt picked the ball up and ran in the other direction and it looked good We did the same move with Hood and it got shut down fast Not having a go Hood, been up there with the best all season .Would just like to see the same move with Smith ,18 year old and just getting better and better

Was the attendance really 6629 (as quoted on the RLP website) ?
It just seems a bit strange as the website showed the East Stand and North Terrace sold out.
Yes, the West Stand was pretty sparce, poor following from Wire really but I guess a few will be saving their pennies for Wembley.I would imagine it will be a similar attendance this Sunday.

| Only disappointing element of the game, the way things are going we should be pushing capacity without worrying about the travelling numbers.
Maybe a deal with it being half term to get all primary school children in for free.

| One thing that stood out to me was the stop/start of the first half, it must have gone on for nearly an hour, no wonder a little concentration lasped.
Second half I don't remember many stoppages and the rugby flowed.
Something has to be done about the time the VR and CC are taking they are taking all the Intensity out of the game.

| In terms of attendance, can Wakefield supports buy for the West stand or is it away only? Because that's where we are losing if we leave it for away only.

Trinity fans have season tickets for the west stand. At the game it was clear a good chunk (maybe 1/3) in the west stand at least were trinity fans. They congregated to the north side. Warrington really did bring a poor effort of a couple hundred. With the east a north full, if we want to increase the number of ST holders for the west we will have to improve the facilities on there. With a few capacity crowds probably up it a few hundred too if possible. I would imagine that could happen off season. Either we need to add some capacity to north or it’s the west but the west isn’t going to bring in many new supporters. Hopefully there was some new fans in the south terrace with the initiative before game day in the local area.

What initiative was that? I've suggested to the club before that a leafleting campaign on all the new houses on Neil Fox Way for discounted tickets for the likes of Huddersfield and Catalans would be worthwhile. If it was something along those lines and they do it again I'm always open to shoving a few leaflets through doors.

Free tickets just for the south terrace on the new builds. It seemed that there was more in there soo i suspect a good few were taken up. May as well do same for Salford game and hopefully they will return as paying customers for rest of the season.

I got told on Sunday that the West Terrace re-development is definitely going ahead at the end of the season, so hopefully should be completed for next season ??

Hopefully so, would be nice to have new terracing and a roof over it with upgraded toilets and hopefully add a little to capacity for the big games and any increase in home fan season ticket sales. If we end up in playoffs the only place new favs couple potentially buy tickets is south or West.
