wakefield city a.r.l.f.c start pre-season training this tuesday (8/6) down at west yorkshire sports and social club just off walton lane. this year again they will be coach by johnny thompson (jt) with some help from fitness conditioner john haran training begins @ 7.00pm meet at 6.45pm at the changing rooms. they have been playing T & P during the close season on a thursday night with numbers already into the twenties with a big majority of new faces. anybody who is interested is advised to bring both boots and trainers for any further information contact jez on 07976976159 or andy on 07789206553.
