I do only see Gale as a short term solution, and do expect him to take a more longer term role in the back room staff.
Lets hope that they can forge a partnership at least in the short term.
Right now, try as he might, he has been the one constant in the spine of the squad, and we haven't to be fair, created a great deal. I get that he needs someone decent to play alongside, but he's supposedly had that in Miller, and for the two years that partnership was going, he flattered to deceive.
At the moment, though its good to see a bit of continuity, and showing faith, it is also a bit of a risk

I have been a bit critical of Lino's consistency but happy with the contract extension.It just seems to bring a little bit of stability to the club when everything seemed to be collapsing around us.
