There are certain positions within a SL club that must be filled by people with the relevant qualifications or experience and so there may need to be an element of recruitment by those elected to act on behalf of the shareholders.

Initially there is no reason why those currently employed could'nt stay but I imagine there are some who the shareholders would want removed and who equally would want to go.

So the BOD of supporters have paid their cash and then what? what happens when need some cash, Your in real trouble as a director of a company if you havent any free cash,

I suspect that the reasons for the others pulling out is that the liabilites are too great, if the debts were writen off then it would be a very different animal,

Its a massive risk to put in 1k from your hard earned cash, if you can afford to loose it without it bothering you, then it may be worth a risk, But if not dont, Think of it as playing the stock market,

It'll cost you a grand.

You have a chance of a financial return on the stock market. Anyone putting money in would be accepting that they would never see their money again (but that hopefully it would enable the club to continue and get rid of the deadwood that have been running it badly for far too long)

Well thats what i said in effect, if you cant afford to loose it then no matter how emotional it is youve got to sit back and think twice. I read somewhere that this was need within 4 weeks, why that sort of time frame ?

Even though ownership would change hands, contracts of employment would remain, and so unless you want to see your £1,000 spent on redundancy/unfair or constructive dismissal, plus lawyer fees, I imagine most would remain. You can't just step in and "get rid of the deadwood", as they have employment rights.
