Hampshire's always been too good for the average club, but not good enough for #1 at the top club.

It makes him a superb back-up player - absolutely won't let you, but the A-lister in your team (often an import), is just that bit better (and better paid). Injuries may well have played a part in that??

Hampshire is always asking for too much money. He is a utility player and won't be first choice in any superleague team but he won't accept that . Every time his contract runs out he thinks the grass is greener somewhere else

I don't think we need any more now. Possibly and only possibly another prop.

We need to go with what we have, which I think is going to be competitive and then adapt as we go.

My sister had The Bunty when I was a Beano guy.

We don't have a quota space.

He’s a part owner in a valeting company - he wants to concentrate on that. We are assuming that he wants to carry on, I wouldn’t be surprised if he called it a day. His request came as a surprise to the club.

That came up at Shareholders too.

They said he definitely wants to play so he would have more limited time in first team now.
And as said he has a business he would like to grow. So championship works better.
