I just can’t be bothered going any more , last nights performance against leeds was abysmal, apart from Dave and Lynne I would be quite pleased if all 15 were leaving. The highlight of the evening was when Gaskell was assaulted in the head (how was that only a yellow card?) when his missus walked to the front of the stand and said “how are you babe?”.

Minns did he actually catch a ball, lineham a sideways running cart horse , miller probably one of the worst games I ve ever seen him play, dancing feet Lino did most of his dancing ten yards behind the line and then threw out a series of quite frankly appalling passes, butler - was he playing? Ashurst why oh why did we give him a 3 year deal , Gaskell went missing long before he went off,

Leeds were absolutely abysmal yet I think we made one break in 80 minutes - I honestly nearly left at half time

The sooner the draining of the swamp begins the better for me, a Seismic shift in personal is required ,no one player is off limits . They’ve had it too easy for too long at our holiday club and now we are reaping what we have sown ,a gutless ,heartless set of amateurish players , and that’s not been derogatory to the amateur game who I’m certain put more effort in for no pay every week . Funny Rumour last night as to why we aren’t performing is that old chestnut about not getting paid , I would pay em out in washers personally , and I’d get them back on winning n losing pay , that would soon sort them out . I have never seen as many spilled , lost , dropped and wayward balls in all my years of watching the game . I shall keep supporting the team through these bad times like I’ve done many times before over the years , as players come and go and these players will be history sooner rather than later hopefully,but the club I have loved since a child will always be there in whatever guise and whatever league.

I know you've not been down to the ground for some time, but I have to tell you Chester has been gone for a while now, as you rightly say the club must shoulder the responsibility for allowing him to recruit the players if indeed it was him, the problem though is the here and now and not keep on recriminating what's gone on in the past, there's plenty going on at the moment for you to sink your teeth into without regurgitating old pointless news, try being a bit more positive and less obstructive for once and get behind the club, I'm sure that whether they get things right or wrong they'll be trying to put things right as best they can.

tbh can’t believe that tanginoa is same guy that was playing for us a couple years ago , apologies for not mentioning the spilled balls but in my defence I only had 5 minutes to do the text and I d have needed an hour to get all the mistakes and cock ups in .

Right now, we're not in a relegation battle, we ARE going down.
We've lost against the 2 other worst sides in the comp in consecutive weeks and Toulouse are improving.
We are going backwards at a rate of knots.

It's just depressing and quite frankly, there are better things to spend time and money on .

Apart from Cory Hall, all of our signings have been worse than the players who they have replaced.

Chester as been away from the club for a while ,but not before he did more damage for this season with signing more garbage to go with the rest over the last 3 year He was quiet happy to let 4 or 5 players carry the the team and let the other positions on the field rot away .Mr Carter said he did not no a lot about R L when he took over and put is trust in is Coach . No you say do not keep going over old news.,but that is why I think we are going down .The team wants a good overhall but because of long contracts to old players it impossible to do .The damage started in the past and that's bottom line.

We are above Toulouse but, you are right, they are playing better rugby than we ate at present.
Not too much in it last week though and a drop in "form" from them and an improvement from us, would see that position change.

Having said that, it's difficult to see how we change our fortunes around but, if we want to stay in SL, we have to make some changes and quick.

Nail on the head here squire, so why keep bringing it up at every opportunity, he's gone and no amount of moaning is going to alter things, maybe when he signed those players he did not know he was leaving who knows or really cares, the damage is done, it might be that Pochings not the answer, who knows, You say the damage started in the past and before I go any further let me say I don't disagree with you but we could go back to Agar or Webster but apparently the buck stops at Chester, mistakes have been made, but the answer is not in recriminations, but what happens in the future, were all Wakey fans, aren't we, we all know what's needed no more so than the management and after the efforts they've put in these last few years they won't want that to be in vain, you've seen things far worse than what they are at the moment, why not give them a chance to put things right.

I know it's only speculation at the moment, but assuming the make up of Super League 1 & 2 is decided next year and is implemented in 2024,has anyone any idea what the mechanics of it might be?
How would the funding cake be split between the 2 leagues?
What would the share of televised matches be?
Is it a Super League and Championship under another name?

Something I forgot - would there be promotion and relegation?
