I hope we can keep him, but the only way Lachy is staying is if they change the quota rules

I would be happy to see Walmsley stay. Hes gone pretty well for a debut SL season and these next few years should be his best. Defensively I can’t recall him missing any tackles and he finishes well. 

I dare say if he wasn’t quota he would already be signed up. 


The think is if he isn’t here we need as good if not better to replace him. 


Maybe Tchimambe or Myers are being given an opportunity. Not sure if either are ready though for the rigours of bringing the ball back when pinned in the corner. Tchimambe has that pace much like BJB and won’t be caught on the break. 


Myers appears more of a centre.

Was nice hearing Wane talk about Big Mike and TJ. Thought Johnstone was genuinely world class against Wigan, wouldn’t have looked out of place playing state of Origin.

With regards Griffin he already has a career away from playing full time. I expect he will want to concentrate on that and either retire or go part time.
If they do not resign Lachlan Walmsley I would not be surprised to see Josh Rourke take his place.

Hope we keep Rourke but looks more like a good back up full back or centre to me  If we are going to challenge top 6 need a out and out winger .Got to say it is good to see a back 7 that are working there butt of to help out the forwards . Think we could go up a gear or two when/if we get near our strongest pack out this season

Interesting reading on Wires forum ,Lot saying why did they let Mr Powell go ,Get the impression there are a lot of disillusioned fans at the Wires
