Just been announced that Workington is hosting an RLWC 2021 game in their brand new community stadium!!! Might help WMDC understand what they’re missing.

Don't think WMDC will be bothered unfortunately.

They will only know when/ we're gone and then there is just as much chance that they will celebrate, rather than feel any remorse for their disgraceful lack of action and the contempt for the SoS ruling at Newmarket.

Back to Trinity, Chester has apparentlyechoed what's been rumbling on recently that there is some news due to be released soon.

Interesting side note but Cllr Box in Friday's Wakefield Express invited people to contact him.

I did to mention he was yet again supporting the elite minority and using photo opportunities with the Arts programme.

Felt that the town centre was a disgrace and the lack of support for the stadium was poor.

He is losing support for labour voters and his own colleagues.

Guess what, no acknowledgement of receipt let alone a reply.

Give him time though he is good at playing the long wait.

Hopefully his Cas supporting public will turn against him due to their own stadium delays and vote him off their ward and council.

How's the council investigation into the suitability of Balne Lane going lol

Nothing will ever happen regarding a new stadium whist ever Box is leader of the council. Planning is controlled by Councillors to the East of Wakefield who dont even know where Newmarket is, they also dont give a toss about Trinity, in fact the opposite is true they wish us ill. Mackay has played the Council for fools and will get all the planning he needs at Newmarket and not give a brass farthing to a community stadium, he has done his job well as he will end up with the penny and the bun, All this aided by Rodders.

I was talking to someone at work the other day, and he had said Newmarket definately not happening, but we are trying to buy the ground back, and will be upgrading the stadium in time, he said Cas stadium not happening also.

How true this is i dont know, but they do a lot of work with Wakefoeld Council, but would rather, if it is the case, be released in some kind of oficial statement by the club.

Is it possible for someone with better knowledge than myself, to look on companies house. There are entries for Wakefield Trinity and Wakefield Trinity number 2. Current officer Sir WEIS. I will be honest, I haven’t a clue. Just hope it’s good news.
