Wonder what the delay is? Are they injured at present so WTW will not sign until happy with fitness? Or is it they're on a lengthy contract that we're having to buy out? Unusual delay but hopefully worth waiting for when it happens like the Poore signing.

Im sure Stu would be the first to admit that his legs were struggling with the latter of the championship,so super league would be a no no for him as much as I admire him for his 100% work rate in all Fev games I've seen him play,let him concentrate in getting the next string of Wakey super league and England players ready.

we had two forwards at least as good if not better than singleton in adam gledhill and tom lillycrop but we seem to like spending our cash on other teams younguns, but to be fair it might be a rumour

I think he'll be 33 by the start of next season, so i'd doubt it.

My guess and it's only a guess is Brad Singeton, in the event of Ian Kirke leaving Singleton would have moved up the pecking order but with Kirke staying Singleton might see a loan to another SL club as his best route to 1st team football.

He's a Cumbrian lad who will no doubt have observed Kyle Amor's success and while, like Amor, he will initially see his long term future at Headingley he, like Amor, may find a new club more agreeable to his development and, like Amor, decide to stay.

If it is him, he'd be a very good acquisition.

Hope it is, I'd rather give time to someone who's hungry than someone who thinks he's there.
