In relation to Sam, as Agar stated in the Express he has to get rid of some players to bring new ones in.......and the new ones in the frame is sharks hooker and Obsty - 2 hookers......you can take a calculated guess as to which possible players will be making way for them.'"
I'm afraid its true, i happen to know too how bad Agar is treating some of the young players, Higgins was about to knock him out, he's forcing James out, Moore out, sacked Howarth and paid him off, Told Wildie he's e at passing, Possibly Davey being pushed out,
This will be the last ever coaching job this clown will ever have , Didnt i read when Agar signed that he was gonna blood the young English players through the system, Well he's sure started well ????

| Can't see how he can get rid of Davey, Spiers & Wildie anyway, don't we have to have 8 club trained players in our top 25? Without these guys we haven't.

Then maybe he should use his coaching skills to improve him then?

| I hope ANDREW GLOVER and JAMES ELSTON read this. Agar should only be letting them leave on DR otherwise I don't see agar lasting the season without a revolt from wakey fans . perhaps it's time to start the chant. AGAR OUT!!! NO MORE HOOKERs YOU BOLD GIMP!

Unlikely they'll be reading, they're on a boys jolly up in spain.
Heard that amongst other things there is a contentious issue regarding Kev Pennys release/sacking as well. Think the club could do with an experienced RL administrator on the board that knows what they are doing as there is a lot of naivety being shown right now.

| What do we want - and how would we deal with the situation?
Up to July this year we all thought we we're going down. Before that we were just grateful to have a club! The club took steps to prepare for building a team for the Championship - Moore and Higgins being signed for that purpose especially. We also had a legacy from this time last year and earlier in the season when we basically had to sign anyone who would come at that time.
The reality was that most of the squad were below par for a SL squad and we were late to the table in terms of signing players - and further confusion arose because, quite rightly IMO, we chose to change coach (no disrespect to JK who did a great job in his time overall). So we had some players on longer term contracts and some recently signed who didn't fit into the new coaches plans - and we have to respect that the guy knows what he is aiming to achieve. Ultimately he will be judged by immediate results on the pitch and, in the longer term, by the development of players. I am aware at the moment that he believes that many of our 'juniors' need bulking up in order to stand the rigours of SL - if that is the intention long term then, provided he retains the best of them, including dual contract placements, then fine, but we have to get these lads some match experience - whilst we have to compete in the first team.
In essence - let's be patient and judge the final article and not the work in progress!

If your not happy there are other places to watch the sport not too far away from BV
Me I am happy just to be in SL sport is a business and if I am honest I am really pleased they have taken a broom through the club a total fresh start is what was wanted in my opinion and for whats been done the club get my 100% support.
I would be happy to start next season with a total new set up.
As for ther players that have gone I am not fussed and if the rumours on here are to be believed (that old chextnut again) then people have a right in law to dispute or appeal they way they are treated.

| I'd be more upset if Agar started 2012 with more or less the same squad that started 2011.

Top six 2005 - Trinity.: |
|
| Agar has come in and seems to be ringing the changes. This is what was required if we aspire to greater things and a higher finish. He is doing his job! Gone are the days of the comfortable softhand approach which a coach who has been here and become part of the furniture.
I'm in agreement that changes need to be made and while I may not agree to all I accept it is a head coach doing a job he should be.
So (allegedly) he has told Wildie his passing is not up to scratch. GOOD! he is pointing out areas his players need to improve! It's up to Wildie to work on that part of his game and better himself. He is a pro, take it on the chin and improve it. He is a pro in a pro sport and his aspirations need to be matched by his committment to improve and skills.
Get off Agars back! Let's see how he goes.
