We are talking about the assistant role though here. If Kirmond is qualified and has some experience along with the right attitude and personality to build the culture needed then great let him apply (if we are recruiting).

How can the club select a player (Jordy Crowther) who has signed a contract with the club who are our nearest rival for relegation. Surely the same applies.

I've only seen rumours based on the fact he was seen at Cas. Doesn't mean he's signed.
And we are hardly going to let a player go to rivals now.....and they might not have the wages this year.

JC has signed a contract with Cas?

If he has, it will state the same as the contract he has with Wfd = if not in SL the contract is null and void.

Not the same situation with a coach and Fev.
