Hats off Al, the coach has to get the players up midweek and there's people like you, Acko and TRB who try and get the fans up. Both fans and players are equally important.
That said, it only take a few wins to get most of the 'stay aways' back (inc myself this season  ) so all is not lost. I've said it all along - a new stadium that could bring results and I might be slagging off the capacity.

We NEED to sign some players up for next season and do it soon before more fans vacate the club, we need a boost, i have no problem with people withdrawing there support for whatever reason, its all down to the individual but i can't and won't do that.

Season ticket holders could quite rightfully feel cheated this season and very short changed. After such promising things and signs at the start of the season to what we are seeing now beggars belief!
Gonna take something very special from the club to entice those back in again IMO.
How about trying to set something up when the season finishes where you can pay...say...£10 a week off next season's ticket so it's no feeling like you're shelling out a large amount...may get some interest?

i wont but i would like to see a kids st thrown in with the adults,then it would offset the adult discounting of tickets. imvery close to going nomore while kears at the club its boring

Put me down for a renewal next year, as well. Wakefield Trinity is a habit I just can't seem to break.
The only time I will stop is when they prise my season ticket from my cold, dead, hands and nail the lid down.

Exactly,was thinking exactly the same,to get people interested for next season we need at least 2 quality signings to get people up and positive for next season.Same as the start of this season with Tronc,Millard and Newton coming in made people believe, especially coming off the good season we had last year. This year we won't have that luxury of a good season behind us ,so to keep the support something like the club need to invest in a couple of good signings who will attract the fans.The fans need to be able to look down the team sheet next year and say,yes this team could do something this year,a bit like at the start of this one. |
