Would have preferred to use the last overseas place on Tongia myself. If not him a big raw-boned prop. He was a good player for us but we have other priorities and i Hope he goes elsewhere.

My sentiments exactly. I am sure that there are other contracted players that Agar would prefer to replace with others, but to me this kind of forcing someone out is a dangerous precedent to set. Especially if it is someone with some potential in a position we have very little cover for. |

How can Agar not be overly impressed with him he gave us great spark towards the end of the season. He actually made me enjoy a few games towards the end of season. Tongia deserves a chance its unfair if true a half hearted claim he wasnt impressed with him. We need a announcement from the club I for one will be dissapointed after all this time and in the end we don't keep him. |

TBH id agree with this as much as he gave us abit of a spark i think he could end up costing us more points in defence than his attacking play. and next season we need to be more solid in defence if that means Paul Sykes or Lee Smith at FB then fine by me. |
