It’s the players, we can’t keep making excuses for them, it’s there job to win games, not Carters or even Poching. I’m sick to death of them getting away with performances like tonights.

Several times in the past you’ve lambasted me for over reacting to a poor performance… notably the shellacking we got in london a few years ago.

I won’t do the same to you…but it’s only a couple of weeks since Trinity put on the best half of attacking football I have ever seen from the team.

The inclusion of Gaskell clearly hasn’t worked… I thought against Wigan Hood looked gassed… missing and falling off tackle after tackle… and this performance is compounded by the recent fine form.

I think the squad probably needed a little more rotation as several of the team looked beaten and bemused by the end of the Wigan game

We even conceded a penalty after the final hooter had gone. We were that bad!!!

It was embarrassing, nothing in my opinion to do with a short turn round, but a totally clueless, heartless performance made worse by a very biased refereeing performance by the clown with the whistle.
Castleford taught us hows to play rugby without being anywhere near good. They should have had 60 points with the advantage Kendal gave them.

Zero pride in the shirt. Obviously Eastern Wilbury pull his "I hate MC" card. But all of that is down to the players. So many poor performances.

The ridiculous 4 day turnaround and the cheat that is Kendall aside that performance was embarrassing.
I was past caring last season and thought long and hard about going at all this season but more fool me I bought a season ticket to support the club.
I really wish I hadn't. It wasn't as though cas had to play good rugby to thrash us.
Have the players no pride. If they couldn't give a toss why the hell should we?
We also have the most brain dead players in the league. Three of the most ridiculous ball steals I have ever seen gifting ground to Cas, barmy offloads and lazy errors early in the tackle count. I could go on but it's raising my blood pressure.

That was inexcusable, after such a strong start to the season to play like that tonight is hard to take. From the first minute you could tell we were in for a long night. I actually thought before the game we'd actually beat Cas, I couldn't have been more wrong. I'm not one to throw the players under the bus but everything we did was amateur. The Mcshane try was just embarrassing!

It has to be the short turnaround, we threw a lot at Wigan and its paid the price tonight unfortunately.

It has to be the turn around. Yes the scoreline against Wigan doesn't really paint the picture but the intensity in defence was as good as I've seen from us in a long time. Its burnt us.
