For consistency its got to be Woody for me - 80 mins most games and the traffic sent to him each game by other teams forwards is enormous but he never flinches and comes back with some very good go forward & distribution.

Arona for me.

Don't recall him having a bad game all season, even at Huddersfield and always can be relied on.

Him and Johnstone were probably the only ones who played well at Headingley as well.

Wood or Ashurst

I can't split these and would be happy with either but the whole team could get a mention really after this season

Ashurst just edging Wood for me, but I would like to see Arundel pick an award up, like Ashurst a 100% player when called upon especially not being first choice centre in a lot of people's eyes.

I genuinely can't remember a season where so many players could (and should) win this.

Arona for me. Plays big minutes. Tackling machine never takes a backward step rarely makes a mistake or gives away a penalty.

A lot of the squad have had great seasons. Wood has been excellent.

However for me it has to be Arona who is true class and every week making yards and tackling hard in the loose forward role. He is a machine. Don't know what contract he is on but he should be on a five year deal. Wouldn't surprise me if a wealthier club tries to prise him away from Trinity before next season. Hope not..

If I had to pick I'd go for Fifita or Wood. Kyle Wood has been better than the previous 2 hookers we've had. By a country mile as well. If Miller hadn't been injured so long I could have seen him pick something up. MCB for me has had an amazing season too. I felt sorry for him being dropped on Thursday - I didn't really see what he had done wrong any more than any other player the week before. They were all e.
