| Not been a director of Wakefield FC myself, I don't know whether anyone has approached Wakefield FC with a view to becoming part of Newmarket and playing back in Wakefield.
Do you know whether the talks you referred to have happened recently?

| I can see the interest of them playing from the same stadium to make the concept of Newmarket work but it would have to be separate from Trinity, I would be fuming if a football club killed our club off
does anyone know the value of the club and what will happen to the ground on Eastmoor Road.

Newmarket will be a community stadium Trin will be tenants. Nothing to stop other clubs using the facilities as I understand things.

| Seems like an ideal time for Mr Parkin to re-emerge from the shadows - save Wakefield FC, import his Guiseley set-up and infrastructure and hey presto; two birds with one stone.
Wakefield Trinity, Castelford Tigers and Wakefield/Guiseley FC playing out of NM within 2 years? Everyone's a winner.

| Might be worth a punt for someone with the money to do it, I mean if places like Bolton and Blackburn can have teams in the Premiership then there's no reason that a Wakefield side couldn't at least get into the football league one day.

No they are not! 2 top level RL sides will not succeed long term based out of one stadium. IMO of course! The dark forces within the game would ultimately want just one entity.
