| If anyone wants to see some rugby how it is supposed to be played for once i recommended you watch the highlights of this game. There are some seriously good tries in this!

I've stopped watching the NRL to be honest. It's like watching a different sport these days, it's almost too good and would make watching Trinity even harder than it already is..
Anyway, what's wrong with you! Some of us are almost suicidel as. it is, you trying to push us over the edge!

| I have enough on my free time plate without watching the Aussie stuff. Haven't watched a game for a few years now.

| How destructive is David Fifita, he’s literally unplayable at times. The talent pool is so spread out in the NRL that even the bottom of the table clubs still have loads of rep players for them unlike over here Albeit the odd one or two. Watching that week in week out you wonder why we are literally light years behind them guys!

It is as you say almost too clinical but boy do they put a show on and it’s nice to see the English contingent doing so well amongst the elite of the sport .

That’s what saddens me, there is a talent pool in SL, not as big as the NRL but all the same there.
Sadly we persist with filling all the key rolls with ex NRL players. I’m not doubting their ability but there is no doubt they have eroded our hone grown talent base.
I don’t mind Lino but he’s shown no more creativity in 5 games than Brad Walker. I didn’t watch last night, did he play?
If not why not? There is simply nothing wrong with this lad he has a real RL brain. Yet Chester the supposed champion of young British talent has dropped him like a stone after a terrific set of debut games.
I Hear the science but frankly it’s hokum, let young British talent free before it’s to late.

No he didn't. Inexplicable but there you go.
Taking away all the context of being from overseas and our supposed saviour/general, I thought Lino looked ok last night I like the look of him and his attitude and I think he'll improve the more he plays (subject to him having any runners to bloody pass to), but its not like he's so good we couldn't source similar here is it? The problem is because they are quite sp we couldn't afford one from here. The more we have so many quota players the more players like Walker spend on the sideline which can only hinder their development

I don't think CC is a champion of young British talent - quite the opposite...why else would he ignore Brad Walker and Harry Bowes when his team is crying out for quick distribution and someone with a short kicking game
Perhaps this weekend with more injuries to contend with he may be forced to include them...unless he goes out and gets someone on loan who's not good enough to get into another SL team...
...what's that, he has done...wow

31007_1580947500.jpg EVENTUALLY, WE'LL WIN SOMETHING, ,MAYBE, IF I'M STILL ALIVE THEN:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_31007.jpg |

| I'm watching more Aussie RL than ever and it does make it harder to watch Super League. However, I think that's largely down to the lack of crowds. It's hard to care about a result when there is no one in the stadium, caring.
I have to confess, however, I prefer it when Wakey aren't on. I fast-forwarded through the Hull game, because it's just no fun to watch. I know it'll be fine once Belle Vue is open again for crowds though.

I get your point about Walker but Bowes is a million miles off and would be eaten alive if he were a regular.
CC is correct where Bowes is concerned.
