I noticed on another thread just how many posters seem to originate from Lupset. So being nosey I’m fascinated to know which posters originate from where and which area is the Trinity heartland. Only applies to posters on here I know so its not truly representative but still interesting. Might even be of interest to the club, demographics and all that.

So its where you were born or grew up from a very young age, not where you live now, probably not a great idea to put that on here.

Straight Outta Lupset

Born at County Hospital Eastmoor but we lived in Wakefield City centre slums. Moved to posh house and brought up on Lupset from 5 years old. Class myself as Luppo.

Sharlston.

Portobello and we could hear the cheering from Belle Vue

Which could be like a cockney was born within the sound of the Bow Bells .....etc

St Micheals Westgate

Occasionally watched Dons at Tatters Field in the '60s (when they played on a Sunday and couldn't charge an admission fee, but could sell a programme - so admission was by programme only!).

Moved to Wakey in '87, but didn't start watching Trinity until 2006 - ST holder ever since.

Newton Hill

Westgate.

Lupset. Educated at Snapethorpe played rugby league for school team, had some great Trinity players from there. Left school 1962.
