There’s no need for the south boxes to go anywhere. They’ve added around 500 stand and it provides income on match days and it seems the club use it for some of their operations. I think it’s absolutely wonderful the work that’s been done and I really hope it continues. We have adopted a very exciting play style in attack and a well structured uncompromising defence on the pitch that will hopefully entertain the crowd.

just been pulling up some old pictures of Belle Vue - some even before the row of semi-detached houses were built to the west of the stadium by the cemetery. One thing that sticks out to me is the scale of the west stand... it must be three times the height of the adjacent houses... very imposing I am of an age that I stood in the south stand and along the western terrace, and in crowds of 15,000 plus sorry just a nostalgic old fart sharing memories
