They wait until the day MC sets off on his family holiday and claim that the club have pulled out of the negotiations, are not prepared to pay a reasonable rent and are demanding unreasonable things... the HOT simply reflected the original deal for Newmarket !!!

Agree. Tbh I bet MC reads loads of stuff on here that he would love to vent at & put people straight on, because I know I would in his position. Especially when people are just blatantly making crap up and talking the Club down for no good reason, but he probably realises it's not worth it in his position.
