I'm looking forward to Rocky getting his chance now that Roberts is injured.
I think Wigan probably looked at the success the Cas coaching team had with Sneyd and Gale. Both raw young half backs when they came to Cas but both improved out of all recognition. Hope we can do the same for Hampshire.

I wouldn't have called Gale a raw young halfback when he joined you, but he has improved dramatically thanks to Powell's turd polisher.

Fair comment mate I suppose I could have put it better. However Gale did come from a team that had just been relegated as did Matt Cook, Denny solamona and Mike Mcmeeken who have all performed well for Cas under Powell. It just goes to show that there is talent available that haven't been reaching their potential under other coaches.

Exactly it shows there is talent out there and Powell knows how to spot it. The skill of Powell doesn't end there, he also knows
were the dead wood in his squad is and the phone number he needs to ring to off load it.
