Just to point out DC I purchased my ST when the first cry for help went out and there was only a 2 week window to get them then
you made the second cry for help that we needed 400 grand and wanted more people to buy ST. So back in September I upgraded my ticket to platinum giving the club an extra 200 quid. I went into the shop last week to enquire about the upgrade because I had not received anything from the club not even any lottery numbers. The girl in the shop told me to ring the club and ask to speak to Becky. If she'd said don't ring Friday afternoon then I wouldn't have.
I understand the club have cut back on staff but don't shoot down someone who is doing his bit giving the club a bit extra than he need to,
