great post, surprised it hsn't had more hits. i'm finding it fascinating but can't remember the season that geoff gunney wes coach. took my coaching badge in the same group as andy kelly. one of the funniest men i've ever met. the whole week was one big laugh and i'm sure that andy eased peoples nerves. arthur keegan was our assessor and its just got me wondering if he is still knocking about.

Just a quick query. You say the latest floodlights were added in the 1990/91 season. I always thought they were the following season. The reason why I query this is a specific memory. I went to University between October 1991 - June 1994. I remember in my first year at University being in the halls of residence watching us lose on Sky at home against Hull KR. Bright Sodje scored a few that night and a few of the tries we/Sky blamed on the brightness of the new floodlights. Rovers used the high kick to effect that night. This was before summer rugby came into play.

I'm hoping at some point over the next month to put all our results on from 1895 in some sort of searchable format - it'll keep me busy whilst I pretend to be working...

The OP is seeking further information to enable him to continue his archive work into WTW. He is missing some results for the following seasons: 1996, 1997 and 1998.
Unfortunately, having once been a collector or more a hoarder of programme's, I decided to greatly thin mine out some years ago and I do not have these results to assist him.
If anyone out there can help, perhaps you could PM him with the information or suggest where it can be obtained from. I've trawled through all sorts of sites but cannot find the information.
I'm sure it will be put to good use and further 'goodies' posted on here for our enjoyment!
