| Could somebody please sort out the stewards or lack of them in the east stand door, we couldn't get out to go the loo or buy drinks etc. There were lots of huddersfield supporters lots with young children which is great but not if they can't get out to use the facilities and spend their money, its not good enough to expect people to go to the centre isle or out of the stadium to get back in somehow, people have needs which sometimes doesn't co-inside with half time esspecially kids. In the end the door got left open which was fine but not ideal, this has happened for the last game as well and needs addressing please.

As I've said before, it happened at BV when we beat you last year; two old geezers who should've known better were stood in the middle of Wakey fans, gobbing off about how Wakey were going down, the stadium was a slum, we were bankrupt etc etc - they were clearly trying to get a rise and probably escaped any retaliation purely because they were too old to slap.
Every club has idiots - it's about time people starting dobbing them in.

| A lad I work with is a Trin fan & he told me that there's been instances of bother at a few games this season already. A Bulls fan apparrently got slotted for daring to celebrate his side scoring a try & last week someone was trying their best to start a scrap with a lad who had his children with him! Add to this what I've been told about yesterday & an unfavourable picture is beginning to build up.
I was at the match yesterday & mingled with the genuine Trin fans, no problem, good rugby league people. But the club itself has got to root out the minority of yobs & get shut quick smart so they don't spoil it for the rest of the true Trin fans.
And yes, all clubs have idiots who need slinging out, not just Trin.

| Meast and fartownfan you are correct. We need to show zero tolerance to this bad element (whether it be Wakefield or elsewhere). RL is prided on being a family game and all people should feel welcome.
If the situation is not dealt with quickly and with a firm hand then things can spiral. Glover has invested so much in turning the club around, if a holigan element develops then it will knock back all the hard work so far. I love my club and have for decades, however I will not put myself in a situation where I feel unsafe.
Lots of clubs have bad elements, I agree, Wakefield is just one of them. My pride and respect for fellow fans means that I despise the thought of trouble with my club. If David Longo, Martin Hopkins et al are not reading this and there are more instances then I will voice my concerns directly to Elston and Glover. Maybe the fans groups should raise this as a matter of priority.
It's a little ironic that there was an announcement on Sunday that people were found bringing their own drink into the ground then it would be confiscated and people could be ejected. Shame there was no mention of abusive or threatening behaviour not being tolerated.
Stewards are there to look after the safety of the fans at the match. If they stand idly by whilst people feel threatened then they are not doing their job.
Sort it out please.

I agree, this was threatening behaviour and we all need to come out full square in our condemnation of it.

| Getting out is not a problem for me. Getting to my seats that I have on my season tickets and them not been occupied is my issue. I have been to three games this season and have not had my own seats at any of the games. Poor organisation as usual. I was issued a different set of seats after the first mix up but the very next match the ones I had been re issued were already taken. Stewards are not any help and I cant keep making multiple trips to the ground to sort it out.
All in all the play is not bad. Nobody has hammered us this season and thats progress in my book.
