Once Went To Mount Pleasant, Probably In The Early Nineties To Watch Batley Versus Rochdale Hornets, Bought A Programme,Opened It Only To Find Two Blank Pages Where The Teams Should Have Been. Great Adverisements Though!

No pubs or clubs immediately 'around' the ground fella, but we're not far away from the town centre. I'd suggest a visit to Batley NASH (Irish club) which is probably the best place to go for a drink, or Wetherspoons. Batley Working Mens is also en route to the ground if you're travelling from Wakefield on the train or by car.
