Unfortunately, all the ideas I have read use the standard "Give money away" to get more people in.
We have already used that by giving the tickets at £100. There is no point having an idea that gets us 3,000 ST at £100 each....netting £300,000 if it costs half that much to get them. We might as well have just sold tickets at full price and accepted we'd only get 2,000 ST sold.
Not an easy job they are doing and I think dropping the price and telling people about it is enough. More boards, more articles in paper by all means.....but not prize draws....IMHO.
