This all depends on the terms of the agreement with SO1873. If the Adminisdtrators have agreed in principal to sell to SO1873, they will have an agreement on what assets are included in that sale. If the administrator then sells some of those assets out from under SO1873 there may something going on that we are not (and TBH never will) be a party to.
It may also depend who the main creditor is. Usually an administrator is appointed by the main creditor (usually a Bank, but not always). We know that HMRC are owed 300,000 or so, and I can see no mention of a bank being owed anything (but we don't know). The other main creditor will Ted. Make of that what you will.
(Just adding my support here, I am a Cas fan, but TBH I am disgusted at what is going with the club - best of luck, I hope the club comes out of this okay).
