In this season's matchday programme we will be putting together the best XIII in the 'Cougars' era. Each programme will contain a different position with candidates and you will vote for the team on here with the best XIII being revealed in the Featherstone Rovers programme.
So, you can now vote for the Best Full Back. Deadline is Saturday when the Wingers will be revealed in the Wath Brow programme.

Yep I'd go with that.
I believe he wasn't rated at Wigan but he certainly did the business for us. His technique in leaping for the high ball meant that an on rushing attacker got a face full of knee and it certainly made them keep their distance 
The way he put Greg "I love myself" Austin in his pocket at Old Trafford was worth the admission alone.
As I've said on another thread, it's difficult to judge across generations especially considering we were full time.
Craig Moss a very close second and would have gone well in that team. |

Stoop was one of my favourites, his ability to slot into the attacking line as much as his defensive qualities made him one of the best.
But have we forgotten his immediate predecessor John Wasyliw and also when he played in the position Matt Foster?
Dixon? Almost a swear word in our family, I was always slightly concerned when he was involved, but he did have the tendency to spring a pleasant surprise much to my amusement now and again

Excellent servant of the club. Do you remember the game old Keith had an easy conversion straight in front of the posts, and kicked it underneath. Caused much merriment.
