Right come on folks, I agree lets stop the doom and gloom and move forward. I have been told so many times to stop been negative and instead of pulling the club and team down start supporting them like a loyal fan, so here goes my head is going in the sand along with some others.

My predictions are,

Cougars 28 vs 18 York
Attendance; 834
Mom; Gav Duffy

My honest opinion, forget the injury crisis and all the other excuses. With the team we have now at the minute and home advantage we should beat York, I don't think it will be easy because looking at some of their results and depending on how they go today against Workington they have really made some teams work for there wins. One bit of advice though, leave buster on the field.

Come on cougars lets see that team performance and the eagerness to win games, this really is important lads and needs treating like a final

I'm staying positive folks but after today's results looks like we're in for a cracking game against york and for the next couple of weeks from some of the teams just above us after York hammering Workington, hunslet hammering Whitehaven and barrow beating Dewsbury. Unfortunately after today's results we are now 2 points a drift at the bottom of the table, does put into perspective how big a game York really is.

Come on cougars.

I would be happy with anything similar to the last 4 times York City Knights came to Cougar Park.

Thanks Micky enjoyed looking over them games, god that 2010 shirt must go down as one of the worse strips ever but I never liked the one back in the day with the gold stars all over it either

Looking at your last post then Mickey since my memories not great I'm guessing since 2009 we haven't lost at home to York then, makes me feel even better about the game now.

Just like to point out it shows how much work, time, effort and probably money in equipment you've spent over the years as the quality in footage has really improved over the years. Keep up the good work.

Now, now. That just comes across as petulant

We have to play for the whole game like that first 30 mins against Leigh. When we run the angles, catch the ball at pace, vary the kicking we make sides look vulnerable.

It will be interesting to see who York field as DR and it will be very interesting to see how ex-cougar Jon Presley plays. We know how good he can be in attack but we also know what his defence is like.

Tough call, I'm a "fence sitter" with this one.

If you dont beat the Knights on Sunday you want locking up, we have half a team out injured plus we have lost a couple of D/R players because of Hulls injuries.
