Doesn't look too bad. My own preference would be to see our kit predominantly red or white. I see the green as a colour for the 'trim' rather than the main colour on the kit. As I said, looks OK though, I'd like to see the actual shirt.

One other point - just under the club badge where it actually says 'KEIGHLEY COUGARS', the 'Keighley' is usually in red, whilst the 'Cougars' is usually in green. If this is set against a red background - as on last year's kit, and apparently on this new one too - it makes the word 'Keighley' quite difficult to read so it's not apparent straight away what team the shirt represents. I had quite a few people squinting at the club badge last season at the Etihad, Wembley and Old Trafford because they didn't know which club's shirt I was wearing and it was difficult to read. I just think that 'KEIGHLEY' should be quite prominent so folk know straight away who we are.

...and our kit should also always bear the Keighley coat of arms, as it has done in recent years.

Sorry guys not a fan of this at all, to be honest its horrible. Just doesn't give the feeling that I want to be the first to have one. Maybe the picture doesn't do it justice I'm not sure but I do agree with the comment about the towns coat of arms I have always found that to be a nice touch. For me there is too much green and I'm not sure about the red check bit down the sides. Last years home shirt was really nice, my personal choice is the main colour to be white and then use the red and green around the shirt this way it stands out on the field and looks clean and modern. I also liked the grandfinal shirt the club had designed as a limited shirt, it was something different for us and stood out plus gave the feeling of wanting to have one.

On a positive I will be buying the training top, I really like this and think the team will look good in this.

Most clubs now design their away shirt to be something completely in style and colour, these I know in previous seasons for some clubs have proven to be their biggest sellers so maybe the club are holding the best back. we will have to wait to see Just for example the rhinos away shirt in pink and the latest 2 shirts that I really like are the away shirts for wigan and leigh.

I think we need to wait and see, until we get full pic where you can tell what it will look like as a whole. sleeves, collar etc i wont be judgeing till i see full finish artical
