It would be nice to tie it in with a Cougars game, have it come in to Cougar Park with cheap entry and rearrange the kick off for when it arrives to try and pull more punters in.

Maybe even use it to burn down our main stand.

Since you asked though, our main stand is most definitely and I'd say indisputably "crap". Whilst I appreciate that we don't have any money to build another one it still doesn't make it any less crap.

Now, here's a good discussion point. For the club to go forward should Cougar Park be developed or move to another location? The initial conception at Cougar Park was a two-tier stand at the far (scoreboard side) terracing with seating top and bottom. The main stand could be demolished and a brand new stand and perhaps clubhouse in its place. Batley are doing wonders with their Mount Pleasant ground. Now who's got a few million to spend?
