| Anyone who watched the game at the Keepmoat will know that this is not going to be an easy game by any stretch of the imagination. Looking at the fixture list I reckon it is going to be pivotal to how our season ends up.
Doncaster (h)
Swinton (a)
Workington (a)
Skolars (a)
Whitehaven (h)
We are more than capable of winning all 5 of these games if we put in a disciplined 80 minute performance in each game. Gateshead aside (we lost the second half against them and you could probably pick a team out of a tap room that would give them a game) we've not managed to do the double over any team this season. We could quite easily lose all 5 though we've been playing so inconsistantly.
To be honest i'm reluctant to make a prediction on the score because who knows what Keighley team will turn up. If the one that won the epic games against Swinton and Toulouse turns up I think we win by more than 10 points and it gives us confidence for the rest of the season. If the team that lost in London and Caerphilly turns up then we probably get beat and it doesn't bode well for the Swinton game on Sky and for the rest of the season.
What does everyone else think?

| Oldham, Doncaster, Whichever, its probably a good thing I have a season ticket i'd say based on recent perfomances
The team on the field would have to make a full 80 minutes worth of effort if I was having to pay out each week to come and watch, I wonder what pay on the gate fans think?
and before people feel the need to question my commitment to the Cougars, I'm going to 'pay out' to go to the Swinton game, even though I have SKY Sports

| Every game from now is the biggest game of the season.
From now on the good Cougars have to turn up. The players have to concentrate for the full 80 mins. One silly penalty could cost us the game. One dumb play could cost us the game.
They have to play every game like its the last one, to help them get the right mentality for the play offs.
If the bad Cougars turn up. God help us.

| I believe if Jd picks as he says players by form and as a result of last weeks gamr I thonk Donny will suffer a backlash and lose by 29 points what is essential is they do not get bonus point.
We also have a game in hand.

| Post after the Swinton game:We will whoop a**e by 20 points
Post after the Oldham game:Not a chance in hell
Discipline is key .Too many penalties given away allowing the opponents to assert pressure when we start to get the upper hand.I am getting fed up of the lads being pulled for off-side.Is this down to them being lazy or unfit? Who knows?
Other teams seem to be getting better whereas we are just poop or fantastic.
Hope the Dons bring plenty as i can see not a lot of our support will tun up
Having said that we have home advantage
Cougars 44 Donny 10

simpsons/simp048.gif I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!
Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.

| It's just become so difficult to even try to guess how we will perform from week to week.
Some of the squad seem to lack mental toughness - sometimes you can win games just by sheer bloody mindedness but it looks like some of the squad have lost that determination and agression.
One thing is for certain, Doncaster will come here thinking they can win. We will have to be on our best form to beat them.

| Loosing at home to Rochdale was poor, loosing to South Wales was disappointing and loosing to Skolars was unthinkable.
As for the Oldham and Whitehaven games!!
I think apathy has crept in and a rocket up the rear may work for one game, but if you go away and then switch off then its time to get a new sport.
This team in Championship contains many players who could be good enough on the day but only a tiny number who will turn up and give 100% for 80 minutes in every game.
There is 80 minutes today in which 17 players need to prove they are worth keeping.
Anything less than 100% today and I feel some may need letting go. (Especially the backs)
Some great blokes in the team, but we can't be sentimental over this.
