Hi All,
just to let you all know what is going to happening at the game on Thursday night.
We will be having a fancy dress theme for any spectatorrs wishing to take part. The theme is "what i wanted to be when i was 5 years old." there will be a prize for the winning costume which will be deided before the game. As well as this there will also be face painting at the main entrance before the game, which will of course be free of charge.
Weather permitting we will also be having 2 schools, St. Stephens of Skipton and Oakworth Primary playing a game of tag rugby before the match and at half time.
Thursday will also be the start of the cross bar challenge in which 1 lucky fan could get the chance to win £100 if they manage to hit the crossbar from 30metres out.
And finally there will also be the freddie challenge where freddie will take on the batley bulldogs mascot in a pass, punt, goal kick challenge.

So please everybody get yourselves down and enjoy a real entertaining night of fun and games.

A lot at half time then??????

At 5 year oldI wanted to be a Keighley ARL player, so if I turn up in my replica top, could I win?

Goosey it sounds like the club cannot win, if they do nothing they are criticised then when they do its still not satisfactory.

Perhaps half time break could be extened to half houricon_smile.gif)

Dodgy you saying I am criticising then??? As one who is "doing" rather than talking I was just thinking it will have to be a little organised to get it all in thats all. Some times the saddle on your high horse dodgy needs loosening so you can get off.

I fully understand the amount that is going on for this game.

Could do with a win though, that would be wonderful.

Batley website predicts them to win 36-16.

We will beat them by 8-10.

Look I'm not saying Batley didn't deserve their win but niether did the Cougrrrrs deserve to lose.. They were bloody magnificent tonight - to a man..

Just one too many errors which Batley pounced - literaly...

Defensivley the Cougrrrs were excellent and in those conditions even the more remarkable bearing in mind recent performances...

Congratulations to all involved it really is a pleasure to witness what is going on at Cougrrr Park.. I did note the playing of the Bulldogs tune which I'm sure entertained the away support - the only thing is - I came home woofing..

I have to say well done to all those involved in arranging the activities such as the little uns dancing and who must have been frozen and wet through.

Also the crossbar challenge is something I believe will be a success.

The atmosphere all night was very good.

The only bad thing was we ran out of plastic pint size cups, unbelievable and hope to god someone gets a bollocking as it was embarassing.

Yeah, I had to rinse a couple that I found out in the bogs at half time - well, I couldn't carry four halfs!!!
Now that's not very hygenic, is it???

I saw someone sneaking round with a cup in his back pocket - disgraceful!!!!!
