The Cougars should withdraw the programme as it is an embarrassment.

You may find it hard to believe but it is considerably better than the effort produced for the first match. That was 100% a book of adverts.

Now it is only 95% adverts.

The Club has done lots to improve all sorts of things throughout the year and can maybe do only one miracle at a time. Although not in his terms of reference I am sure JD will raise this when other priorities have been looked at. Also Rob is a bloke who listens to fans and reads forums and I would bet money he is also embarrassed by the standard of programme and I expect he is probably looking into this.

Think 'Lawkholme Len ' is doing himself a dis-service here , as some of his early 2000 programme offerings were also quality !

Some of the programmes form the 90's early 2000 were amongst the best in RL IMO. They were factual, informative and amusing. I used to buy one every home game. I wouldn't waste my money on the modern offering.

It would be great if we had a really good regular fanzine on sale. I know that I would definitely buy it.

Unfortunately with the lower crowds these days, the demand might not be there to justify all the effort that someone will go to when editing it and so on.

Remember back in the mid 1990s when the Cougars had 'Red & Green Zine' and 'No Limit!' fanzines. I see some have pooped up on Ebay.

Had a copy out the other day reminiscing with Mary C about her following some horse around the Cougar Park pitch , along with a bucket and shovel , after another 'Cougar ' stunt in the early mid 1990's ....happy days
