Merriman, not so much. He'll be out of SD within 2 years either way. Add to that English has shown some good signs of stepping up to the plate to replace him. I would be surprised if he was traded before the deadline as his value must be pretty low at the moment. If we can get a solid 3-4 (BIG) DT and a couple of picks he could well be gone. Same with Cro, I'd be happy to see him go, but his value would be as low at it has ever been!

I think Scheffter was talkin about Merriman going to the Raiders too

I think this could be the beginning of the end for Vinatieri I know its only an injury but he started to lose any power he had a few seasons ago IMO even though he was never a long range kicker to be fair to him
