| Well what did you expect to happen to TNA? WCW only lasted as long as it did cos it was being bank rolled by turner. once he was out of the picture the company swan-dived

| thought the opening section of last night's Raw was good. They are teasing a break up of DX and Legacy. But I can't really see what either team could achieve as singles at the moment. Legacy haven't really been given the chance to be a dominant tag-team which would give their eventual break up a bit more impact.

I'm with you mate, what a complete an utter t*t he is. Anyone who disagrees should watch:
- Jim Cornette's RF shoot interview
- Vince Russo's RF shoot interview
- Vince Russo & Ed Ferrara interview with Wade Keller
Serious him and Ferrara are clueless t***s, they know nothing about wrestling, only shock TV. Russo in his shoot interview with RF said that him and Ferrara would write Monday Night Raw as they had Jerry Springer on in the background. Although the Attitude Era was awesome, the credit must surely nearly all go to Vince McMahon. Reason been, what positive things has either man done since 1999? (i.e. when they left WWF and didn't have McMahon to filter out the s**t from their scripts).
The real creative geniuses in wrestling are the likes of Cornette, McMahon and Heenan IMO.

| I became a 'fan' of Russo's facebook page; He began shooting in blogs about dirtsheets and smarks criticising him. Then he asked for fans' Q&A... I wrote a comment asking if the rumours were true that he was going to book a facebook page on a pole match at Genesis. I was soon removed.

Lol, you legend! That shows how big a hypocrite he is - for years he listened to the internet 'marks' and wrote the TV around what he thought they wanted (even though probably most fans at a TV taping won't even be internet regulars).
When I first saw his RF shoot years ago I didn't think he came across as too bad a guy. Knowing what I do now I think he's a disgrace to wrestling and him & Ferrara should be removed from TNA asap.
They both claim in a 2006 interview that they hate the wrestling business, it makes them sick, etc etc. Why won't they f**k off from it then?!
Wasn't watching WCW in 1999, but the clips of that Oklohoma (sp) 'angle' show them for what they were/are, making fun of a wrestling legend's real disability.
To$$ers.

What you mean Brian Knobbs? Hulk Hogan's buddy? You didn't expect him and a bunch of other Hogan cohorts to be brought along for the ride when TNA signed Hogan? Then it's clear you didn't see what happened in WCW when Hogan first signed for them.
IMO Hogan will be the death of TNA.

| Quote Source: The Wrestling Observer Newsletter
A decision has been made by TNA and Spike TV to move TNA iMPACT! permanently to Monday nights, reports the The Wrestling Observer. The second Monday night iMPACT! is scheduled to air on March 1 following the success of the first Monday iMPACT! on January 4.
The March 1 episode will air at 9:00 p.m. EST, but the official weekly timeslot has not been confirmed yet. The likely taping schedule will be live on Mondays one week, then tape the following week's iMPACT! the next day on Tuesdays.'"
Being live every other week will be great for TNA in terms of cutting down on spoilers, plus being side by side improves both companies.

| Looking forward to another TNA-RAW head to head
On the point about TNA bringing in old guys from the past, I HATE The Nasty Boys. Find the characters to be so irritating, an "Ok i'm going to turn the channel over now" type of irritating.
I haven't watched an episode of iMPACT since the live special so I shouldn't really comment on them, but I really don't see why they would have any desire put these guys on TV, do people really want to see them?

No, but that doesn't matter. They're mates with Hogan so they get TV time at the expensive of younger, fitter talent. Just like when Hogan went to WCW.

No he's definitely not learned, otherwise the Nasty Boys would not be on TV. They were terrible enough back in 1991 at their peak!

Of course he hasn't. In his mind he's the greatest wrestler whoever lived. He's the reason for wrestling existing. I'm just amazed he isn't already TNA champ.

| Anybody going to the TNA show tomorrow night in Manchester? I'm on row G in block F. God I hope this is worth the money. It will be my very first TNA live event.
Also on the topic of Hogan learning; I think he has, he is not booking himself as the number one draw, as really I think he knows he just cant wrestle any more. On the other hand he is still bringing his cronies in with him, Jimmy Hart & Honky Tonk Man are said to be the next influx of Hogan clingers to join up. If he could just use his star power for the good of the company and not the good of his clique TNA would be on to a winner. Oh and bring in Jim Cornette as head booker. Though I doubt Jimmy would work with Bischoff again.

I can see a DX break up on the cards leading to a match between them at Wrestlemana. Though if you believe the 'insiders' it's going to be HBK vs Taker & Hunter vs Sheamus.

| Or it comes down to both HBK and HHH eliminating each other and they both hit the floor together and being declared joint winners and both get championship matches at WM
