Second time in a row England have been handed a huge disadvantage by D/L, against the Windies.

30 runs from 22 balls with all 10 wickets to use is automatic.

Needs a major revision that system.

It works quite well in 50 over cricket, but maybe needs some tweaking for T20, having said that if Sidebottom hadn't been tonked for 15 off the first over who knows what might have happened - after all it still went to the end before the Windies won.

That was probably England's best ever batting performance in this format I'd say - anything similar tomorrow and qualification won't be an issue.

The weighting needs to be changed to reflect the fact it's a shorter game and wickets lost don't disadvantage the batting side as much as in the longer form of ODIs.

If you lose a wicket chasing a small target the target should go up, give teams something to think about instead of sending in clunkers to try and finish it. If the Windies had lost those two wickets last night, and they'd cost say 6 runs a piece, target 72 - different game.

=#8040FFThey way I did it when we were playing T20 (for predicting scores) was double what they had after 12 then take off 10 for every wicket lost and that was usually pretty close so say each wicket bumped the required score by 10, again it's a totally different game.
