Well they haven't announced it or anything, but I work for Betfred and I putting the prices in for goalscorers and whilst Haidara wasn't in the squad to be priced up at the weekend, he's been added back in for the Europa League match. COULD be wrong, but it's usually a good guide.

I don't like defending Benitez, but blaming him for Ashley Cole's hamstring yesterday is just ridiculous. He said that if Cole played against Southampton on Saturday and then yesterday then Cole's hamstring wouldn't have gone. He said that Cole needs to play every game. So Hodgson was risking his hamstring by not playing him against San Marino then? If Chelsea hadn't been playing Saturday and just played the replay on Monday they'd have all been pulling up with hamstring strains, yes?

Ibrahamovich was only about two miles offside.

That's life I suppose and best wishes to your next manager/coach because he's going to need it with Abramovich still around the club. You have an excellent team who should be right up there with Man Utd and Man City and I'm sure you will be in time.

You should keep your wishes for the 4 managers who will be managing your club next season. Warnock can be your returning saviour like Mourinho will be ours.

Hopefully not four in a season !!! Warnock's retiring now I believe and I'm not sure how it will work out for Jose back at Chelsea after the last time. Maybe he shouldn't go back there unless he has told Abramovich to keep his nose out. Anyway - time will tell what happens.

I only read the headline about Warnock. He said he was open to staying in the game. Seems he wants a DOF type role, but doesn't want management any more. I'm not sure there's many managers who'd want him as their DOF.

I think Abramovich was fooled into thinking anyone could manage at Chelsea after he's invested so much money (which was a quote attributed to Bobby Campbell.) Benitez, AVB, Scolari have shown that it's easy to lose control of the team and end up hurtling towards a bridge. I think Ancellotti has proven that a CV including 2 CL wins and an Italian league title doesn't mean he'll be an especially good manager.

And I think Jose now knows that Italy and Spain aren't as good options for him as England. I think our major competition is from Man United. And that's only if Fergie is wanting to retire and hand it over to someone to continue his reign. I think that Fergie will want to retire after picking up another CL win though.

So Benitez wants to manage one of the top sides in England next season? Looks like he's going to be out of the game for a few more years then.

Tottenham - I don't think that AVB is doing much better than Redknapp, but he's not getting sacked after 1 term.
Chelsea - God help us. Perhaps the saving grace of him managing us is that this was his one and only shot.
Arsenal - There's no way Arsenal could possibly appoint Benitez without completely throwing away their Barca-lite philosophies.
Everton - If Moyes walked then Benitez could be in with a shout, if he hadn't had his dismal failures on top of being LFC boss.
Liverpool - LFC fans are deluding themselves that Rodgers is doing a great job even though he's doing barely better than KD in the league and was a wretched failure in the cups. So that counts LFC out.

So unless Benitez has massively different perceptions over the top sides in England are then he's not working in England again.
