Superb news. I’m the first to admit that I wasn’t sure if that was something we should pursue at one point but since the end of lockdown 1, he’s really got his head down, seems really settled and it feels like he’s a Wigan player now (if that makes sense). His enthusiasm is fantastic and you can see he lives to play the game. Watching him this year from afar has been good but hopefully watching him in the flesh will be brilliant next year. I think he’ll build a pretty special relationship with the supporters.

I agree. He's a likeable lad, just hope we can get supporters into the stadium next season and I think it will help bring the two closer together. |
