| Oil has a broken thumb and will be out for a few weeks. If Bateman & Sarginson are not fit this week, we have absolutely nobody to play centre other than Isa, Mullen and Paisley. I fear the worst already!

So that could be Sarginson, Gildart, Forsyth, Higginson all out. Just to add to the doom I saw James Worthington at the U19's game on Saturday and his ankle/lower leg was in a pot!!!!

It’s been a while since I wanted to see Sarginson on the team sheet! We could potentially line up with Tomkins, Davies, Mullen, Paisley, Marshall, Woods and Powell in the back line. Saints will have a field day!!
I really hope this is a bit of gamesmanship by SW and Lockers, Greenwood, Williams, Sarginson & Bateman are all fit.

| It sounds like Bateman will be ok so it’ll probably be him and Paisley in the centres. Add in Woods and Powell in the halves that that is a really slow looking set of backs (bar the wingers).
It isn’t the game to be lacking pace in your back line because we’ll get burned.

| Williams should be good for this week, stick him in the centres! He’d go okay.

The update from today’s press conference was that he’s unlikely to be back.

I sincerely hope it’s mind games. If today’s press conference is to be believed, Gildart is 6-8 weeks out, Lockers will miss at least the next two, Williams has got no chance this week, Bateman hasn’t trained, sarginson was listed with Burgess and Manfredi, Forsyth and Highinson who we know are out long term. Squad being tested again!

| Who played in the centres for the U 19's at the weekend ?
Give them a game, I'm assuming they play there regularly, great experience for them and with an eight point cushion on fifth spot it's hardly a do or die match.

| Well on the plus side we get a weeks breathing space when the semi finals are played so that will help. After the semi final we're likely to get Lockers, Williams, Sutton and Sarginson back. I imagine Bateman and Greenwood will play this week. I cant see Gildart missing that length of time.
Wane has always talked nonsense with his injury updates, both in a positive or negative sense. I know return dates will change as rehab progresses but Iv always thought he just throws out estimates without being at all sure.
If Catalans wrap up their spot in the 8 this week, they might have one eye on their semi final when we play them. We may have to take the hit with the Saints game but hopefully we can make it competitive to some extent.
We should be able to get enough wins to make the 4 by the end of the year but its the top 2 that have made it to the GF for the last 5 seasons.

| Just go with Bateman and Isa Centres.
I know it not good attacking wise but we can cover the back row.

17. Sarge or Kibula
Sarge used for rotating back row and move Isa or Bateman into Forwards.

I'd go something like that. If Sarge is fit he plays centre and Isa in the 2nd row. I'd also have Ollie Partington or Liam Byrne on the bench in place of Kibula. They were the outstanding forwards in the U19's v Saints last weekend.

| Looking like the Hankinson will be playing on Friday, decent player who is also a good goal kicker, good chance to cement at spot down at 3 for next year

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |

| Interesting move. Hankinson is obviously someone who wil do what is necessary to get his chance even if it meant dropping down a division. Should be starting on Thursday given the injury situation. Brown could have done the job but he is still a bit young and mainly a full-back/ winger but he has gone the other way on loan. At one point I was worried that we could be lining up with Kabula in the centres.

| Seen a bit of "Hanky" in the lower leagues and always thought he could shine at SL level. A great project signing if you ask me.
