I’d love to see Woods smash it and cement a halfback spot for this season and beyond. I’ve spoke about getting a better balanced halfback pairing and he alongside Williams feels a better fit then Williams and Powell.

Easy to say mind, he now needs to go and grab hold of these games and play as he can.

Most metres, most clean breaks and most tackle busts. Second for try assists. What more do you want?
And I bet he's probably also most tackles as well.

I'm afraid it's always the tall poppy syndrome with some fans. Build them up to chop them down.
Now I'm not saying he's been perfect this season but generally he's not been as bad as many on here have said.

I'd rather have hin playing here than at Wire, Saints, Leeds or Hull etc.
